"Technology has far outpaced the growth of education and the methods teachers have created and adopted of using their advancements." Reading the line above, what is your reaction? Is that true? What is the role of technology in the classroom?

- When reading this which means that technology has passed the levels of education compared to teachers. Maybe basically saying computers are smarter than teachers. I think this is not true because there is things that a computer cannot do humanly and physically. Some individuals may think that computers are smarter than teachers because you can basically research anything. Computers or technology was made by humans, so humans are the smart ones for making a device such helpful that can save a teachers information. Technology in my perspective is just another way of saying a storage room because all discoveries of human have been stored in pages, and thats why you can research in a Google. Teachers are humans and have a masters in teaching, while technology just store the information of the teacher. Technology cannot answer the specific questions asked because not like humans technology cannot f figure out the meaning behind the word we are trying to say like the figurative language. For that technology has not passed the education levels of a teacher because technology did not create itself. Technology was created to evolve the ways we humans can solve a problem faster.

Is electronic media better than paper media? Why or why not? Will electronics one day replace everything? If so, when will this happen? What might NOT get replaced?

- Electronic media is better than paper media because individuals are more connected to electronics than "paper". For example, most people watch television at home rather than read a newspaper. Advertising through out the media is more effective than paper because songs and phrases are more memorable through electronics. In every house hold their is either a TV, radio, or Internet installed more commonly than  newspapers. Paper media seems less exciting and entertaining than electronic media because electronic media provides video images. Electronic media, for example the radio, can broadcast any emergency within second. In contrast, paper media has to be printed in paper and the distribute; making electronic media seem more productive and better.
-Their is a possibility that electronics might replace everything because...for example, a dog can be replaced with a robot pet. Mostly everything is replaceable except for human kind? well, our brains cannot because we are so intelligent that we created these electronics. Everyday electronics are upgrading and scientist are finding effective was to help us (humans) "better our lives." In conclusion, the future will be more electronically enhanced, so electronics can replace everything but everything seems too much. Maybe by 2018 electronics are going to be establish officially everywhere including your bathroom.

What do you think about all the wonderful inventions we were supposed to have already according to television? What will people do with the internet in the next five to ten years that has not been done yet?

- I believe that individuals are concentrated towards television too much because the characters in the movies/TV did not write the script, so they should not take credit. Meaning, that "we believe" in what television tells us too much. In the other hand, the things mention towards the new electronics coming in the world, symbolize how technology is advancing year by year creating new things to easy our lives. With that, technology is advancing  but earth is becoming more lazy by getting easy things.
- I think that the Internet in 5 years is going to be use differently or maybe become more advanced, creating new advance laptops. The Internet in the next years is going to be more distracting for other people because maybe the Internet is going to be their life because generations are going to be more advanced,meaning growing up with the net, their real lives are going to change  by because they grew up with the Internet that is only what teenagers care about.

Should people have an alternate identity online? Should we behave online the same way we interact with people offline? If we are online, are we responsible for our own actions and behaviors?

- I say yes to alternate indentities because they make your real identity safe because alternate indentitioes hide your real identitites from hackers and cyber harrasers. Some websites are real and other are fake, so where you put your real information is very valuable. Meaning  if you put false information in a website that seems not trustworthy then you should not put your real information because they can spam you and even stalk you. An  alternative indenty can safe you from random strangers knocking at your door and even harming you. If you put your real address everywhere than people are going to know where you live and stalk you.
-We should be ourselves ALL the time because it shows our morals and the inside person who we really are( not meaning information wise). If we chat online and tell them all these lies and then when we meet in person it shows the lies than you are consider a liar to other people and to yourself. We should act the same all the time because we are one person not two. Our real identities would keep real life strangers of us and so would online if we are just ourselves.
-We decide if we want to click in whatever we want to do. Meaning it is our decision to do what we want online because we choosed that rode and now we have to take it. It our free will to do whatever we want and if we decide to be on the web them its our desicions for our actions.

What is your reaction/ feelings after watching "Growing up online" video? Which character/ scenes most resonated/fit with you?

-After watching "Growing up online" i  was shocked of how several teens spend most of their lives on computers playing video games, chatting and even Cheating! :O I can not believe how a lot of teens do not read book and instead they just read the book summaries from other people or even use special websites to cheat on their tests. I was even more surprised when i saw a story of how a girl pretended to be a model in the website but she really was bullied and hated all her life. People online change their names to be "cool" or just be a different person and feel good about their-selves. Most people always update their status and letting people know what they are doing to seem cool. some even post corny reveling pictures to look interesting. I could not beleive my eyes when i saw how people destroy their lives just for  the fame in the net.( which the net is unreal!!!)

- I can connect to the guy stuck in the computer because sometimes instead of doing my homework i start chatting with my friends and waste a lot of time chatting instead of doing what i am suppose to do. I have also made my name changed( like the young  little boy) because i also thought it will be "cooler" and make my name stand out more. But, i never cheated on a test like that boy, i actually enjoy reading books and would never do that. I have a Facebook and i do show my real identity and i don't change it but i update my status speaking my mind or even just sharing my music taste. I believe it is up to the person to let the web get to you because we have the decision turn on the computer or start you homework.

What are your online expirences? How have they shaped your life?

-For myself, the Internet has let me chat and talk with several people around the world in seconds instead of sending letters through mail. The ability to talk to a stranger can also be risky but i can tell who is real and who is not. I've chat with people around the world through www.interpals.net  to get to know people from around the world and see their perspective of how they live. With that i see the struggles, Culture and much more including the way they live and why. The net, allows me to stay in touch with my local friends and family members because for example, if my friend has no phone he or she usually has a Facebook and i can easily contact my friends for any help for school or event to chat. Online, i can video chat with my family members from other regions and even search unanswered questions i have via Google.
- Having the advantages to easily have a connection to talk to someone or get help from the net has made everyone LAZY! i beleive. Even myself, because back then people use the library more often than computers, but now that the Internet has developed and everybody can afford it, people choose the easy way. Sometimes it is helpful because some people don't have the time to mail in a letter or even look up for a book in the library so i also believe that the net is helpful to get things done quicker. In contrast, at some point when i have homework in the computer i randomly search other stuff that is not necessary and slow myself down or take away my time doing other things in the computer i shouldn't do. So the net, makes things easier for me but i take a long time doing them because i get easily distracted by other online sites.
